Choosing Fruita for Your Business

Fruita sits in the western end of the Grand Valley and is known for being a popular tourist destination as well as a great place to raise family. This little city offers a huge array of outdoor activities; from mountain biking and white water rafting to the family friendlyDinosaur Journey museum (see GoFruita.com).

Fruita is primed for commercial growth. The community's population has ballooned to more than 30,000 people within its school boundaries (see the Fruita Trade Area map). With the economic downturn many of the potential "big retail" proejcts have been put on hold, however the community is still thriving and it is only a matter of time before substantial growth returns to town.
